Quorum Asia Group (“Quorum Asia”) was established in 1994 with the mandate of providing investment management and consultation services to all investment funds or individual investors managed by Quorum Canada, a company incorporated under the Laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Its business activities focus primarily in financial advisory services to Canadian and managing investment funds sourced from investors.
